Silk screen printing:
This method is more suited to orders of 50 or more garments due to the set up costs involved. It is a traditional printing technique that offers a great finish with long-lasting results. In this technique, we print each colour separately using mesh screen and thick liquid ink, hence the fewer colours you want, the less it will cost. We’ll set up the mesh screen based on the design and colour pattern you choose. The cost of silk screen printing depends on the quantity required, the nature of the artwork (normally all spot colours) and the number of colours used in the design.
Vinyl transfers:Vinyl transfers are a great technique for printing smaller quantity orders, such as Hen Nights and Stag Parties, Small company workwear orders, Football players’ numbers and sponsors onto team kits, etc. In this method, the latest transfer materials are used to give a lasting decoration to the garments and are normally simple designs.
Full colour transfer:
This method is similar to Vinyl Transfers but with the ability of reproducing full colour/photographic images. This technique is suitable for fabrics of any composition, both light and dark coloured garments. The resulting print will very much depend on the quality of art/picture supplied, and can also be used in conjunction with standard vinyl transfers..
